Biography
Dr. Riris Aishah Prasetyowati brings over three decades of expertise in finance, microfinance, and banking, spanning both conventional and Islamic frameworks. She holds a Doctorate in Islamic Finance and Banking from UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta and another Doctorate in Finance and Banking from Universitas Indonesia, complemented by multiple certifications in general banking, customer service, and financial assessment.
Her professional journey includes leadership roles such as General Manager at Standard Chartered Bank and Director of Finance, IT, and HR at RS Haji Jakarta. She has also served as an assessor for accreditation at LAMEMBA and as an expert trainer for prominent institutions, including HIMBARA, BI, BUMN, and BPD.
Dr. Riris’s passion for financial literacy and inclusive finance has led her to mentor and train diverse audiences across Indonesia and Asia. She specializes in digital banking implementation, policy application for financial regulators, and the development of innovative financial models for urban and rural communities.
In academia, Dr. Riris is a dedicated lecturer, researcher, and writer, contributing significantly to financial education and scholarly publications. She is committed to fostering financial empowerment through her extensive experience and unwavering dedication.
